About

BHC Electric Ltd

BHC Electric Ltd. was formed in August of 2018.  I am currently contracting my services as an pipeline commissioning and start up electrician for electrical and instrumentation projects.  Prior to that I was an employee of Cybertech Electric in Edmonton, AB, since June of 2013.  After starting to contract I have also worked for Team Power Solutions out of Saskatoon, SK.

I became an electrician after joining my Dad’s electrical construction company Wildcat Electric and Controls in Nisku, AB, and received my Journeyman certificate in 2009.  While there we assisted in the design and construction of the electrical systems on drilling rigs for Trinidad Drilling.  I then moved to Red Deer, AB to start a Wildcat Electric office working out of the Victory Rig yard, but unfortunately Victory Rig closed it’s construction shop a couple years later so back to Edmonton we moved.

Before becomming an electrician I worked as a software developer for Matrikon after receiving my diploma in Computer Engineering from NAIT in Edmonton.  I worked at Matrikon for 4 years before leaving the warm office job to become an electrician, where timing a valve in the middle of February, in the middle of a field, sometimes makes me question things.  But I love being an electrician, I really enjoy the job and I am very fortunate to work with and for excellent people.

A little bit about me personally, I have a wonderfully amazing wife Armanda and three excellent children, Brayden, Hayley and Camryn (BHC!).

Take care and thanks for reading,

Thank you.

Just want to thank all those that I have worked with over the years.  It has been a pleasure – Scout’s Honour.
